§ 16.12.060. Waiver—Eligible subdivisions.

The following subdivisions may be eligible for a waiver of the requirement of a final parcel map:
A.

Subdivisions described by subsections (a) through (d) of Section 66426 of the Subdivision Map Act;

B.

Subdivisions creating four or fewer parcels.
