§ 16.12.100. Waiver—Required findings.

A waiver request shall not be approved unless:
A.

The planning commission approves or conditionally approves the tentative parcel map;

B.

The planning commission finds that the description of the subdivision in the waiver request conforms to the approved tentative parcel map; and

C.

The planning commission finds that the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and this title, including, but not limited to, requirements as to area, improvement and design, floodwater drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability and environmental protection.
