§ 16.20.010. Applicability.

The standards and requirements of this chapter shall apply to all final tract and parcel maps. Additional requirements may be added by either the director, city council, planning commission or the city engineer. Exemption from these requirements may be granted by the director or by such person or agency prescribed in this chapter.
