§ 16.20.180. Cash deposits and negotiable bonds.

In lieu of any faithful performance bond required by Sections 16.20.150 and 16.20.160 of this chapter, the subdivider may deposit with the city a sum of money or negotiable bonds equal to the required amount of such bond or security for the faithful performance thereof.
